I would find a notification that has come through (if you keep them that far back), then contact your ISP and tell them about your problem. Give them the email address that the notifications come from, and ask them to check and see if there's anything on THEIR side that would be stopping it coming through. If you're paying them for your internet access, then they SHOULD just handle that as a standard customer service issue, and take a look at it for you.
I'm almost certain that at one stage, there was a very brief period when email from Reflexive's servers was flagged as spam by a LOT of ISPs (it might have been when the servers were moved from Reflexive to Amazon). It's possible that's what caused it to happen, and the effects have not been undone.
I'm sorry Shaz..I don't understand all this stuff. I'm not the sharptest knife in the drawer. I'm not going to worry about getting any kind of notifications...it's not with it. If I want to read any new postings, I'll just go to the Users Control Panel, and click on "view new posts" My notifications came from "
webmaster@ricochetinfinity.com" I think. Thanks again Shaz for trying to help.
