My lord Dar Ling ... It brings me great pain to read your words, I hate to think of you feeling the way you do and I pray with all my might that you are feeling better as soon as possible. Even in great times of distress you never lose you sense of humor and God Bless You for that. Always remember, it could be worse, you could be forced to play RETRO BLAST 3!

I just spoke with Dar a few minutes ago. She is back in the hospital, this time in ICU. Her pneumonia is much worse -- worse than even the first time she was hospitalized with it. They have taken all sorts of tests on her.

I have no more details at this time. Her cell phone only had one bar & she doesn't have the charger for it there with her yet. She had PM'd me yesterday that her chest x-ray was not good & she was getting another antibiotic. Don't know if she ever got to take the new antibiotic before she got sicker or not.

I'll try to keep ya'll updated on her condition as I hear more from her in the days to come.

I'm sure Dar could use all our prayers again.

EEP. i never expected such thing to happen, i give all hope and sympathy for Dar. and i didnt forget. i also crossed my heart and fingers for her.

i've just had word from dar, that Dar is in fact back home with a few regulations....

Dar wont be on very much because she has to keep a foot in air for blood clots to heal.

well, still can't find the cause of my feet/leg swelling but I have to keep them elevated as much as possible when swelled big. Also have bruising that is just erupting on the right foot/ankle. I go to the pulmonary Dr today and I will report back to you all as to how that goes. I hear he is a good Dr but doesn't talk much...hmm.. wonder how he will deal with motor mouth here!?! My sister is taking me so she will probably conk me on the head if I get off track. I haven't driven a car since Aug. 9th and this office is located in the 'worse' area for me and my panic attacks! I now have the shoulder bag oxygen and that is so much better than that wheelie tank thing. Well, gotta go fix the mop (hair) and get all pretty looking!

Oh man, I do NOT like this dr. Reminded me of a squeaky
icky looking rat.. mr personality he would never win...
he was like a piece of dry toast - high pitched, squeaky, monotone voice -
just his whole demeanor - I did not like at all...

My sister, TerryLou, knew I was so dissatisfied with him and she tried to pep me up saying: Maybe you will just have to come once or twice a year.. NOPE, the DR came back in the room and said: "I want to see you in a month." I think the floor opened up and swallowed TL cause she knew I was horrified to hear that! Once or twice a year would still be torture...

I still have pneumonia/pleurisy on my right side.. time is suppose to heal it. The pain is residual...who cares..it is still pain to me...

I got another new toy to play with...a nebulizer.. this
is like a cool mist vaporizer. Ya put this liquid in the
little cup, flip the switch and sit and suck into your
lungs. Suppose to help open airways. They are sending
me a mask instead of the sucking tube as you get better
results if your nose and mouth are covered.

Today was a not so good one. Had a fever all day and
started wheezing and then I panic and then I can't breath
good. Hopefully, things may get back to normal but I've
been fighting this crap since December 2010 so I'm not
sure what the heck normal is..

Oh! I can also add acid reflux to my list of growing
diseases. Yet, another thing that affects my already
lousy eating. I just am not motivated to 'clean my
plate' or even fix a plate.. but I have gained 10
lbs...most of it is in my fat foot-

Time for my fruit cup and yogurt and off to the sheets. PittyPat is sleeping already. She must have worked hard today-lol

I'm trying to, dear Mike, but my body is just not cooperating with me. I finally went to the grocery and didn't land back in the hospital like the last two times. I have been eating. I make me a smoothie in the morning with ensure, nanners, strawberries/blueberries, hemp seed and a big pile of veggies at lunch/dinner spinach, brocolli, snow peas, carrots, sugar peas and whatever else I have to throw in there..then, pineapple tidbits and yogurt and a big bowl of ice cream b4 bedtime. I think meat is what is kicking off the acid reflux thang. I'll just start adding peanut butter to smoothie to get protein.
I think it is nappy time..I would love to get a good night's sleep. Got big Louisville versus KenTurkey 4nite.
