RICOCHET INFINITY

i just download more levels for recharge and each time i try to install them it keeps coming up i have to download the game and install it but i have already done that can any one help

Which game are you trying to download in. Infinity does it through the catalog. Ricochet Lost Worlds sets have to be placed in the rounds folder. Xtreme doesn't have the ability to download extra sets.

its the lost worlds recharge one..........i tried putting them in the rounds folder but it has a different format from the levels i download

Are you trying to download RLW sets? If you try to download Infinity sets into the RLW game, it will not work.

no i am downloading them from the recharge section and when i try to install them it keeps saying i have to download and install the game of which i already have done so.

OK, when you download them, do you double-click to run them? That's how they are supposed to be placed in the right rounds folder.

yes i double click them and it come up . this update requires ricochet lost world to have been installed and run before you install the update.after downloading , follow the instructions remembering to run the game at the end.then close the game and install this expansion pack..............thats all i get

It seems like you are doing everything you are supposed to. Let me see if I can get some further help for you.

try reverting to the RAW "RicochetLW" file extension. instead of using the installer.
Basically what you'd do is
Move the file into here

(XP only) C:/Program Files/Ricochet Lost Worlds/Recharge/Rounds
(Vista/7 Only) C:/Program Files/Ricochet Lost Worlds/Recharge/(Click Compatibility files on the blue bar, it should take you to a folder that has less files)/Rounds

I'm not sure for mac though =/ If you're a mac user then i cant help.

The level installer requires that you have played the game first, so it knows where to put the levels. If you have reinstalled your game and immediately tried to download and install levels, it may not know where to put them. If that's the case, play a few levels first, and if you don't have any others downloaded, hit F6, type in the required word (I think it's UNSUPPORTED) then exit the game - this creates the rounds/levels folder if it isn't already there. Then you might get a different result when you try and install the levels.
