Description by Josef L: Sounds on ! as its a part of what's going on ..... Wait for a while to see what is going on or you'll miss the plot ( some are not blocked if you are in a hurry ) ... A few PU's if you want them .... Some folks don't like my sets , so don't play them , go find a simpleminded one instead ..... This set was a request from a forum member from a few months ago .... enjoy , have fun , have a smile or a laugh ....

You outdid yourself this time Josef. I haven't laughed that much in a long time. It is necessary to wait at the beginning to get the story, but it is worth it. Fantastic job, glad the little guy is back.

Absolutely brilliant Josef :!: I am so glad you came up with a new idea for Rico to have a new adventure, I knew you had it in you. :D So funny and so creative and the scripting just blew me away. The rowers were my fave level but I loved them all. Thank you :!: Thank You :!:

Absolutely superb set Josef!! I can't possibly pick a favorite level because they all were great! I was thrilled to see you put out another Rico set and, in my opinion, it's the best of your Rico sets...to date. :D :D Thanks for the laughs...I had a blast playing!! :D

I'm a pretty happy person and laugh quite a bit, but it's very seldom that I laugh out loud when I'm by myself. This set just kept throwing surprise belly laughs one right after the other  It was SO much fun to watch and play. Being a fan of dogsledding, it was good to see that the starter was a lousy shot! Thank you, Josef, for a delightful romp and I hope you remember that the Winter Olympics are only 2 years away.

Outstanding! My ultimate favorite was diving before the water was put in...LOL. That had me laughing so hard! I loved every level. You are so talented in this series. More, more, more, more, more!!! :P

Excellent! Definitely the funniest set I have played for a long time.. It was just laugh after laugh.
I had to restart a few of the levels,, not because they had bugs or anything, just because I was frightened of missing anything else that was funny. Things that stuck in my mind are:
The starting pistol.
The diver
The synchronised swimming because of the surprise for them.
On one of the levels,, someone was throwing missiles, I don’t mean the archery, it looked like rocks.
The bit that made me laugh so much, and it even made Chloe come to see what I was laughing at was the ceremony at the end. I first started thinking that you had dragged it out a little bit too long but it was worth the wait for when the diver and the swimmers turned up for their medals.
You deserve a medal for creating one of the most entertainment for some time.

Thank you Josef! I loved it :D I had to play it twice just to make sure I didn't miss anything.
My favorite was the synchronised swimming . You had me laughing out loud. A+'s all around. :D

Wow .. over whelmed by all the nice comments .... glad everyone enjoyed this one ..... it was a request ( susgestion ) several months ago by one of our fellow forum members ........

allecnarf .... I was hoping it turned out as perhaps you pictured it would be :D ..... Am glad you " waited " at beginning of each level to let story unfold a little bit .... I always try to not make it go past 60 seconds when possible .... otherwise bordom sets in ..... Glad you liked it :D

Glory Bee ..... The rowers were pretty neat I thought too :D .... I tried my best to have one of back ones knock the caller off the boat with his oar but ............ The scripting ? a total nightmare at times and time consuming ( look in the editor and you'll see why LOL ) ... ps , wasn't my idea

sloop ....... Really glad you had a great time playing this one ... and mostly for having a few laughs and fun .. Anything to brighten your day makes it worth while :D

Hoddi ........ The winter Olympics ! Darn !!! I already used Tonya in this one :( ..... The dog sled .. LOL ... Weren't those little doggies cute ? tastes good too  according to some folks .... Happy you had a few laughs and enjoyed yourself playing the set ...

BigMama ........ Am happy you enjoyed the set and got a few laughs while playing ... I kinda messed up the diving one but wasn't about to spend another 3 days fixing it LOL ... Anyways , it turned out to be sort of smooth and was still funny ... Glad you liked it .........

Alf ........ Hope you caught all the little surprizes off and on through out the set ... I see you saw the pistol turn for the aim at dog sled ... the " rock thrower " was in Gymnastics level ... The idea for that level was to have crowd goofing off and not paying attention to what was going on on gym floor but it didn't turn out that way :( ... I left the rock thrower just for the heck of it LOL ............ The medal awards .. that was one of the rounds I left off the blocks as I figuered some would get bored with the repeats of medal winners so was glad you waited a bit to see what happens :D ... Glad you had a good time playing ............

Plum Crazy ... Happy you loved the set ... you played Twice ? Great .. Twice the enjoyment then ... synchronised swimming .... My mind was running along with what was going on as I don't much care for that sport either ... So I let Rico take care of them  ... Glad you had a great time and some laughs ...........

nanadee3 ....... Happy you got some enjoyment out of the set .... A day to start off smiling and laughing is always good ... Glad you had a good time .......

========================================

Thanks everyone for the nice comments and it makes me happy that you enjoyed this set and had a great time playing it ............

Don’t much care for pool sports, eh?

I saw this set last night, but waited until I had more time to play it, and ended up replaying some rounds a few times to marvel in the story and execution. Needed the laughs! I was quite surprised (disappointed?) in round 1, because I was sure the torch was going to burn down the village! When the weightlifting coach in round 3 mentioned the drugs, I was waiting for a crack about the Rico act, but that might have been too US-centric. The effect on the rowing round was amazing - very realistic!

The gameplay was definitely tougher than your previous sets, but had some nice challenge; the PUs helped, too.

Great gameplay and absolutely fabulous design. Thanks for another memorable, wonderful set! :-D  :-D

rico-rocker2.......... Thanks for playing the set and glad you liked it .. I don't drink pop ( soda ) of any kind but I would guess I must have drank about 14 pots of coffee ( one a day ) to make this  ... Just takes me a long time to make things work right ...... Thanks for playing and having some fun at the same time :D

polarbiker ..... Burn down the Olympic villiage huh ! You must have had a fun childhood  ... I actually did think about having the torch runner run through the village or " accidently " knock over the flame bowl but ... oh well . was anxious to get to the games :) ............... Thanks about the rowers in the rowing level , I was happy it turned out the way it did , however I try to stay away from the scrolling top and bottom bricks as I have done in past sets ( like driving ) ... I at least provided a couple rail balls to help out this time as I know they can be a bit irrtating ...... I do like pool side wet Tee shirt events  ............ Glad you had a great time and got some much needed laughs to start the day off ..... Thanks ........

Going back to play again-even though I waited, I guess I missed some stuff! (the rock thrower, for one....and I kept waiting for the crewman to have a "stroke!" Maybe he will this time!) Great story! Great set!
